The times since 2020 have been challenging for all of us, and we thank you for your patience and cooperation with our office policies navigating through COVID-19. We will periodically review our policies and will post updates here as necessary.
Your good health and the health of our staff are always of the utmost importance to us and we want everyone we care for to feel safe when they visit us. Therefore, we will maintain the following procedures:
- All surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between patients.
- Staff members will only report to work in good health.
- Face coverings are no longer required for our patients and staff members. But we are sensitive to your needs and concerns. If you prefer that the staff members working with you wear a mask, please ask and we will be happy to comply.
- If you have recently been diagnosed with COVID-19 or any other infectious illness, have knowingly been exposed to someone with it, or are experiencing any of the following symptoms - dry cough, fever, shortness of breath, chest pain, flu-like symptoms, sore throat, or loss of sense of taste or smell - call us before you come. We may need to reschedule you.
If you are coming in for an exam, please click here - https://intake.doctible.com/new/rpkug1 - to fill out your paperwork electronically in advance of your appointment.
We prefer that you call the office and schedule a visit before coming into the office for any reason.
THANK YOU for complying with these policies! And thank you for trusting us with your eye care.
